Shipping Policy

Production Time

All dresses are handmade in Ethiopia. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, shipping times vary by destination. Total delivery time = 4 weeks production + shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs office directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hermi Habesha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Hermi Habesha dress is made to order — and in many cases custom-fitted to your measurements — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made orders.

Ready-to-Wear Orders

For standard-sized ready-to-wear pieces, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will make it right.
